The Process
How It Works
Five steps from the photograph on your phone to the piece on your wall. Nothing is made until you have approved the concept.
- 01
Share your photo
Send your photograph or the divine icon you have in mind by WhatsApp, email or Instagram. Tell me the room it will live in.
- 02
Choose your palette
We select the colour story together — traditional reds and golds, soft blush and pearl, or something drawn from your own home.
- 03
Select frame size
Pick the size, orientation and frame finish. I will tell you honestly what suits the photograph and the wall.
- 04
Approve the concept
You receive a design concept before anything is made. Nothing is crafted until you love it.
- 05
Receive your portrait
Every flower is shaped, cured and set by hand. Your finished piece arrives gift-wrapped, with care instructions and a certificate of authenticity.
Living With It
Care instructions
Every piece ships with these written on a letterhead card, alongside a certificate of authenticity. Treated properly, resin and set stones outlast all of us.
- Dust gently with a dry, soft brush. A clean makeup brush is perfect.
- Keep out of direct sunlight — strong UV will dull resin over years.
- Hang away from steam and heat: no bathrooms, no direct kitchen line.
- Never use water, glass cleaner or any spray on the resin.
- Hang from a proper wall fixing. These pieces are heavier than a print.
Questions
Before you ask
How long does a portrait take?
Four weeks or more from approved concept to finished portrait. Every flower is shaped and cured by hand, and that is simply how long it takes — larger or more detailed work takes longer still. If you are working towards a wedding or a festival date, tell me the date first and I will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
What photograph works best?
The sharpest, highest-resolution version you have — straight from the phone or the photographer, not a screenshot or a Instagram download. Good light on the faces matters more than the camera.
How do I care for the piece?
Dust it gently with a dry, soft brush or a makeup brush. Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from steam. Never use water or cleaning spray on the resin. Every piece ships with written care instructions.
Can you match the colours of my room?
That is exactly what the custom palette step is for. Send a photograph of the wall or the room and the palette is built around it.
Do you take bulk or event orders?
Yes — wedding parties, event favours, corporate gifting and boutique collaborations are all welcome. Reach out with quantities and your date.
Ready when you are.
Step one is just sending me a photograph. Everything after that, we do together.
